Ochsner 65 Plus Clinic
RGGC converted a former retail space in Baton Rouge to a healthcare clinic. The Ochsner 65 Plus Clinic on Jefferson Highway is an 8,068 SF facility with six dedicated exam rooms, one treatment room, blood draw area, lab and point of care testing. The project includes a community room and community specialist as well as a fitness area and wellness coordinator to better serve the 65+ community needs.
