Interior and Exterior renovation of roughly 4,647 square foot building located on Magazine Street. The work included reconfiguration of interior partitions, replacing the roof, installing a new balcony on Magazine St. and a pedestal supported deck in the back. The 2nd floor was converted to office space while the 1st floor is a whitebox for future office space.
