Relocation of Brother Martin High School’s library from the first floor to the second floor to make room for future Kitchen and cafeteria expansion. Structural steel was installed on the first floor ceiling to accommodate the increased load of the relocated library. New handrail modifications were made to the existing stairs and a new 2 hour fire rating was installed between building areas.
